About the Role 

As a  Marketing Specialist at AppNation, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns that directly drive the growth of our products. This is a hands-on role where you will actively manage campaigns, analyze performance data, and continuously improve results through testing and iteration.

You will work closely with creative, product, and data teams to turn insights into actionable optimizations and uncover new growth opportunities. We’re looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn - someone who can take ownership of their work, adapt quickly, and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

This role offers a strong foundation for building expertise in performance marketing, with the opportunity to take on more ownership and impact as you develop.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and Execute: Manage and support performance marketing campaigns across Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Meta, Google, and other ad networks, contributing to daily operations and optimization efforts.
  • Test and Learn: Assist in A/B testing processes, monitor results, and help generate insights to improve campaign performance and scalability.
  • Optimize Performance: Apply data-driven optimization techniques to improve key metrics such as CPI, ROAS, and retention, under guidance when needed.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner closely with Creative, Product, and Data teams to share performance insights, uncover winning concepts and angles, and drive data-informed, product-led growth opportunities.
  • Analyze and Report: Track campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and highlight key insights and improvement areas in a clear and structured way.
  • What We Look For

  • Relevant Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience or strong internship exposure in performance marketing, ideally across platforms such as Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok.
  • Analytical Thinking: Comfort working with data, with basic experience in MMPs (preferably AppsFlyer) or analytics tools, and the ability to interpret performance metrics to support optimization decisions.
  • Strong Ownership Mindset: A proactive approach to taking responsibility, following through on tasks, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve and learn.
  • Ability to Prioritize: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaboration Skills: Clear communication and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, especially with creative and product teams.
  • Fast Learner: Curiosity, openness to feedback, and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and marketing strategies.
