Build marketing. Deliver leads. Measure impact.In this role, you will be responsible for our B2B marketing. You will combine strategic thinking with operational implementation, make data-driven decisions, and bring processes and tools together in a way that works and has a measurable impact.

- Marketing Ownership: You are responsible for our end-to-end B2B marketing – from systems and processes to measurable impact on leads and growth.
- HubSpot & Automation: You further expand HubSpot as the central CRM and are responsible for automation, lead nurturing, funnel logic, and scoring.
- KPIs & Performance: You will define relevant metrics, ensure clean tracking, and derive concrete optimizations from data.
- Website & Conversion: You will continuously develop the website, landing pages, and funnels – with a clear focus on conversion and lead quality.
- Content & Visibility: You will systematically build visibility and demand for products that require explanation via SEO, content, newsletters, and LinkedIn.
- Paid Marketing & Budget: You will manage performance campaigns (Google/LinkedIn), allocate budgets in a targeted manner, and evaluate the impact.
- Events & Trade Shows: You plan and implement trade shows and events pragmatically, from preparation to on-site implementation.
- Sales Enablement: You ensure that marketing reaches sales – with materials, arguments, and content that really support sales in closing deals.
Your profile
- Experienced in B2B marketing: At least 3 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the SaaS, tech, or software environment of a start-up or scale-up.
- Data-driven: You work with KPIs, analyses, and reports and can create evaluations independently (e.g., in Excel/Sheets).
- Proficient with tools: You have very good operational knowledge of HubSpot and experience with GA4, WordPress, and common ad platforms (Google/LinkedIn).
- Generalist with depth: You understand B2B sales, customer journeys, and content for products that require explanation.
- Eloquent & willing to travel: You communicate effortlessly in German (C2) and English (C1) and are flexible when it comes to trade fair appearances and events.
- Ownership & drive: You take responsibility, recognize when action is needed, and actively drive issues forward. Delivery is more important to you than perfection.
