You’ll be joining a young, passionate, and dynamic team of 15, with roots at ETH Zurich.
Your role
We’re looking for a 360-degree Marketing Lead to define how Omnilex shows up in the world. You’ll own positioning, messaging, and storytelling, turning AI-driven capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with legal professionals and drive adoption. As one of the earliest marketing hires at Omnilex, you’ll shape campaigns, launches, in-product communication, and events - laying the foundations of our brand and go-to-market strategy as we scale across Europe

What you’ll do
Define and evolve product positioning and messaging that cohesively articulate our value to legal professionals across all channels
Shape and evolve Omnilex’s brand identity - ensuring consistency across all channels
Plan and execute product launches, feature announcements, and competitive campaigns across our channels
Craft product stories that demonstrate real-world impact and drive adoption - from case studies and demo scripts to product videos and customer narratives
Lead communications around in-person events and webinars with messaging that captures the attention of law firms and legal departments
Work with our website freelancers and manage content to ensure Omnilex has one of the most persuasive websites in legal tech
Collaborate with design freelancers to create impactful visuals and step in hands-on when needed
Shape and own parts of our in-product communication, used daily by thousands of legal professionals
Keep a pulse on marketing trends in AI, legal tech, and B2B to identify and implement the right opportunities for Omnilex
What you bring
2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B enterprise SaaS environment
Exceptional storytelling & communication skills – you know how to turn complex products into compelling and differentiating narratives that drive engagement, with an ability to ideate and develop narratives into effective content and campaigns
Strong sense of branding and an eye for how it should evolve
Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Hubspot, G-Ads, Clay, and LinkedIn, and understanding of AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and others to support the execution of your tasks
Hands-on, fast-moving, and comfortable working in a self-guided manner
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities with speed and accuracy
Fluency in German and English
Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship
Bonus if you have:
Background in a startup, marketing agency, or other fast-paced environment supporting B2B clients
Familiarity with legal tech, SaaS, or AI-driven products
