Manufacturing Quality Engineer/制程质量工程师_MA

Job Description

• Monitor and drive continuous improvement to ensure failure cost (IDC, non-IDC, wastage ) meet target
• Conduct quality control ( daily meeting, Q activities) on mass production to ensure good quality standards execution
• Drive and lead quality issue analysis and problem solving.
• Risk management in ECR , 4M1E change management
• Ensure timely closure of defined corrective measures from customer complaint or internal detections through entire value stream
• Safe launch, planning and management of new product/process/MAE
• Lead Q improvement projects
• Ensure 14 Q basic conducted in value stream

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Mechanical related majors.
• Over 3 years’ quality management experience in automotive industry
• Good knowledge with Quality Management method/tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and 8D.
• Basic Knowledge of quality management system ISO9001, IATF16949(or VDA6.1) and VDA6.3.
• Good skill of data analysis ( Proficient in using Excel )
