Overview: 

The Management Trainee will work closely with the leadership team to gain hands-on exposure to day-to-day operations, coordination, and organizational management. This role provides a unique opportunity for freshers or school leavers to develop professional skills in scheduling, communications, documentation, and event coordination while supporting leadership in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support the leadership team by managing calendars, communications, and internal coordination.
• Assist in preparing documents, reports, and tracking follow-ups on meeting action items.
• Support event planning and coordination efforts.
• Provide reminders and follow-ups for leadership team on key tasks and deadlines.
• Take detailed meeting notes and ensure timely circulation to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Freshers or school leavers seeking hands-on industry experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
• Interest in coordination and exposure to working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in office software, ability to work independently, and demonstrate discretion and flexibility.
