Why Omnilex?
At Omnilex, we’re on a mission to transform the way lawyers work. Our AI-native platform lets legal professionals enhance their productivity in legal research and automate workflows. We collaborate closely with our clients and iterate at a market-leading pace. In a year, we have gone from an early MVP to a product used daily by thousands of legal professionals at our clients in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein - and are now scaling rapidly across Europe.
You’ll be joining a young, passionate and dynamic team of 15, with roots at ETH Zurich.
Joining Omnilex at this early stage you will have a large responsibility from day one with an unlimited potential to grow personally and professionally together with the team.
Your role
At Omnilex, you are the person who turns a cautious law firm into a firm-wide rollout
You will own the success of our most important accounts from first test to full deployment by sitting deep inside their workflows, understanding what they actually need, and making sure Omnilex delivers it
You are the connective tissue between practicing lawyers and our engineering team. What you hear in client sessions shapes what we build next
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who wants to own outcomes, not just manage relationships
What you'll do
Turn key accounts into firm-wide rollouts
Own the testing and rollout process at our most strategic accounts
Consult law firms on how to integrate Omnilex into their actual workflows
Identify what is blocking adoption and remove those blockers, one by one
Be the person inside the firm that champions the rollout from pilot to full deployment
Translate legal practice into product direction
Capture what lawyers struggle with, what they ask for, and what they work around
Bring structured, prioritized feedback directly into the product roadmap
Sync regularly with engineering to explain the legal context behind every request
Spot patterns across accounts. If three firms hit the same wall, that's a product problem
Be the expert in the room
Run working sessions with lawyers to demonstrate how Omnilex fits their specific practice
Explain new features in legal terms, not technical ones. That can be in form of written materials, webinars and other
What success looks like
Key accounts that started with a pilot are running Omnilex firm-wide
The product roadmap reflects real, validated needs from practicing lawyers
Engineering knows exactly why something matters legally because you told them
Law firms see you as a trusted advisor, not a vendor contact
Who you are
You have a legal background: Law degree or equivalent time working inside a law firm or legal department
You understand how decisions get made inside law firms and how to navigate that
You are equally comfortable in a client meeting and a product sync with engineers
You take ownership of outcomes, not just activities
You are structured, persistent, and know how to move a slow-moving institution forward
You communicate with precision. Lawyers and engineers both trust what you say
Bonus:
Experience in LegalTech, AI SaaS
Fluency in German, French, and English
Why join Omnilex
Own the rollout of a legal AI platform at the firms that will define how the industry adopts AI
Work directly with the engineers and fundamentally shape the product
Early-stage equity with meaningful upside and flexible work setup
