Junior PATT Consultant

Job Summary**

Albida Consulting Ltd is seeking a motivated Junior PATT Consultant to support our project teams in delivering high-quality advisory services to clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in the consulting industry.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist senior consultants in conducting research, data analysis, and preparing client deliverables (reports, presentations, etc.).
* Participate in client meetings and workshops, taking notes and contributing to discussions.
* Support the development and implementation of PATT (Process, Application, Technology, and Training) solutions for various client projects.
* Contribute to internal knowledge management initiatives and best practice development.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain strong working relationships.
* Learn and apply proprietary methodologies and tools used by Albida Consulting Ltd.
* Perform administrative tasks as required to support project execution.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
* Prior internship or project experience in a consulting, business analysis, or technology-related role is a plus.
* Understanding of PATT concepts (Process, Application, Technology, Training) is advantageous but not required, as training will be provided.
