Job Description
· Develop employees by training, motivating, coaching and counseling.
· Manage personnel, equipment and materials to provide customer satisfaction.
· Ability to travel 5 to 7 days at a time when local work is not present.
· Manage job timelines, schedules, and subcontractors thoroughly and consistently.
· Communicate with Project Managers and Construction Managers to coordinate multiple job coordination.
· Interface professionally with subcontractors, safety personnel, customers who show up on-site.
· Submit job closeout documentation on time.
· Understand and comply with DOT regulations.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Journeyman Class A Electrical license, or direct reciprocating State Journeyman’s Class A license
· Proficient with conduit bending and installation, utilizing both manual and electric conduit benders (triple nickel).
· Knowledge of 2014 NEC code requirements and how to follow them.
· Wireless experience swapping/installing Power Plants and other DC equipment.
· DOT Health Card
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
· Ability to manage priorities and workflow
· Valid driver’s license
· Lead crew on weekends as needed
· Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
· Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.
PHYSICAL:
· Use of conduit bender, electrical meters, core drill, threader, fiber tester.
· Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard.
· Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
