Join additiv’s Insurance team and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of technology and insurance innovation. As an Intern / Working Student – Insurance, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of digital insurance solutions in a fast-paced and modern fintech environment.

This role is ideal for students nearing the completion of their master’s studies who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting. If you have some experience in the insurance domain, a strong interest in digital transformation, and a curiosity to learn both the technical and business sides of fintech, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

Your responsibilities

• Support project discussions and client interactions by helping capture functional and technical requirements for digital insurance platform implementations

• Contribute ideas in meetings, present information clearly, and collaborate with colleagues, clients, and prospects

• Assist in translating business and technical requirements into solution designs delivered through additiv’s orchestration platform

• Act as a link between internal product teams and external stakeholders by helping communicate requirements and solution approaches

• Gain exposure to both technical and business areas, including databases, APIs, user interfaces, sales support, and project delivery activities

Your qualifications, skills and experience

• Near completion of a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Ideally around 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, for example, through internships, working student roles, or consulting exposure to insurance clients

• Basic familiarity with databases, data structures, APIs, or financial software platforms, or a strong interest in developing these skills

• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
