Job Overview
Provide technical and general accounting services in accordance with IQVIA Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley rules and financial reporting requirements of the business unit (e.g. local GAAP).
Position is suitable for a full-time university student only.
The role is offered as a one‑year fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension. The position is part‑time (20 hours per week), with the option to work fully remotely from any location within Slovakia.
Essential Functions
Processing and Validation of Third Party invoices in Coupa and SAP
Execution of operations on Accounts Payable
Support of AP Monthly Closings
Perform Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Graduate, Student of an University in Slovakia
Finance, Accounting experience welcome
Knowledge of SAP or any other ERP System welcome
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
