About Novita AI
Novita AI powers the next generation of AI applications with scalable GPU infrastructure and model inference services. Our platform provides developers and enterprises with high-performance, cost-efficient compute across multiple regions. We’re rapidly expanding our global footprint and seeking a Infrastructure & Partnerships Lead to lead both GPU supply acquisition and strategic ecosystem partnerships that accelerate our go-to-market (GTM) growth.
Role Overview
We are looking for an Infrastructure & Partnerships Lead to build and operate Novita AI’s global GPU and infrastructure partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of commercial sourcing, partner integration, and cross-functional execution.
You will work with GPU compute providers, cloud vendors, data centers, and related technology partners to secure long-term, reliable infrastructure capacity. Beyond forming partnerships, you will collaborate closely with internal engineering, operations, and GTM teams to ensure these partnerships are operational, scalable, and durable over time.
This is an individual contributor role. Scope and ownership will scale based on experience, but the core expectation is execution: turning partnerships from agreements into systems that run reliably in production.
Responsibilities
GPU & Infrastructure Partnerships
Develop and execute commercial sourcing and partnership plans for GPU compute and infrastructure resources, ensuring long-term, cost-effective, and stable supply.
Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with GPU infrastructure partners, including cloud providers, data centers, telecom operators, and hardware vendors.
Lead or support commercial negotiations, contract execution, and ongoing contract performance management.
Manage cost, delivery, and operational risk across infrastructure partnerships.
Partner Execution & Integration
Work closely with engineering, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure partner resources are efficiently onboarded and run reliably in production.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to move partnerships from agreement to delivery and steady-state operations.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners, driving ongoing alignment, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
Platform & Ecosystem Collaboration
Support partnerships with infrastructure-adjacent platforms and technology providers, helping define scope, execution paths, and collaboration models.
Help structure partnership responsibilities and workflows in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Input
Track global AI infrastructure trends, GPU supply dynamics, and industry developments.
Provide market insights and recommendations to support infrastructure planning and long-term capacity strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher; backgrounds in Computer Science, Communications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields are a plus.
2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial sourcing; experience in data centers, cloud computing, or AI infrastructure is strongly preferred.
Experience participating in or leading commercial negotiations, contract management, or supplier relationships.
Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin, enabling effective collaboration with global partners.
Ability to evaluate tradeoffs across pricing, reliability, scalability, and long-term partnership flexibility.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and contract discipline; comfortable working under pressure and adapting to rapid change.
Industry certifications such as CPSM or PMP are a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate across time zones is a plus.
What We Look For
An execution-oriented operator who takes responsibility for outcomes, not just agreements.
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and progressively structuring unclear problems.
Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and external commercial partners.
Long-term mindset toward partnership durability, trust, and system-level thinking.
What Success Looks Like
Stable, long-term GPU and infrastructure partnerships operating reliably at scale.
Partner capabilities smoothly integrated into Novita’s infrastructure stack.
Strong cross-functional alignment and positive internal feedback on delivery quality.
Clear, actionable insights informing Novita’s infrastructure and capacity strategy.
