Industrial Engineer

Job Description

• Leading/participation to cross functional projects and apply practical project management principles with limited supervision (e.g S-CIP)
• Technical & Financial feasability (e.g Investments, Cost Saving/Avoidance Projects)
• Plant wide coordination in specific operational area (e.g IE Review, Efficiency Follow-Up, Vt Update Processes etc.)
• Definition of improvement actions based on ergocheck results
• Definition of Vt time by using MTM Analysis for complex processes
• Driving line balancing activities
• Design/Propose process flows/solutions, prepare technical documentation for technical implementation with teams/suppliers and review/coordinate process flow (e.g CAPP-SAP communication, Vt Update Systematic, Efficiency Follow-up Systematic, MAE Ordering & Acceptance Process)
• Moderating PGL Workshops for respective PGL elements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of MTM
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong cooperation, communication and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical thinking skills
