Job Description

• Support plant standardized work framework and ensure operational consistency.
• Evaluate workplace ergonomics, identify risks, and recommend improvements to enhance safety and compliance.
• Implement time management practices and support project evaluation.
• Drive and participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in MAE design and NPI projects from early stages to prevent build-in issues.
• Collect and analyze data to support process optimization initiatives.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic knowledge of industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, health & safety regulations, and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong willingness to learn with good communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
