We are a leading multinational natural gas company committed to providing Natural Gas and Hydrogen worldwide. We are expanding our operations and seeking a highly motivated and analytical HR Support GBS Senior Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the HR Support Team lead, they will be responsible for handling high-complexity HR support functions and serve as Tier 2 support for the Service Desk. They are expected to operate with full autonomy and deep technical expertise.Scope : Americas (Airgas)
Accountabilities & related Activities
Objectives & indicators
U.S. Compliance & I-9 Management: Lead the end-to-end I-9 and E-Verify lifecycle, including Section 1/2 verification for virtual and onsite associates, re-verifications for non-citizens, and conducting rigorous internal audits to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
Case & Queue Management: Actively manage the Support Services queue via Workday and ServiceNow, providing high-level guidance to managers and employees on workplace policies and employment law.
Drug & Alcohol Program Administration: Oversee the Random Drug Screening program (via HireRight) and post-employment testing (post-accident/reasonable suspicion). Manage the full cycle from manager notification and template initiation to follow-up and result tracking.
Separation & Talent Documentation: Administer the offboarding process, including severance log maintenance, Termination state forms, and the management of unemployment requests as the primary point of contact.
Records & Document Integrity: Manage the digitizing of personnel files in Revver, respond to legal requests for documentation, and oversee employment verifications (DOT and non-DOT) via The Work Number site.
Process Optimization & CIs: Exercise independent judgment to identify compliance gaps and suggest process improvements that add value to the business and streamline the onboarding/ER experience.

Expected Competencies
Education
Bachelor degree in Human Resources management or equivalent Business school degree preferable.
Training or certification
Knowledge of Workday or any HR systems management tool , E-Verify, Google G-Suite, HireRight. Service Now or other ticketing tool & Revver Desirable
