Title: HR & Office Manager: 

Reports to: CEO

Start Date: Immediately

Location: San Jose, CA 

Position Description:

We are looking for a high caliber multi-tasker, suitable for a fast growing startup, who can manage (1) General office administration (2) HR management (3) Legal co-ordination (4) executive assistance.

Applicant should have some experience in employment law, compensation, employee relations and payroll and benefit requirements. Applicant also must have excellent written/verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong computer skills.

A minimum of 5 years experience as an Office Manager with Human Resources experience, preferably in a vibrant startup environment.

Qualifications

Requirements:

    Bachelors or master degree from a recognized school

    5+ years experience as an  HR manager or administrative or legal assistant

    Ability to coordinate a variety of tasks

    Exceptional time management skills

    Excellent computer skills, experience with MS Office.

    Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

    Ability to take initiative and to set priorities independently
