We’re looking for an HR Intern to support key people operations initiatives and gain hands on experience across recruiting, onboarding, and compliance. This is a great opportunity to build foundational HR skills while working closely with a collaborative team.
This is a part-time internship position (30–40 hours per week).
What You’ll Do
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Assist with recruiting coordination and interview scheduling
Help maintain and organize HR documentation and resources
Contribute to employee programs and internal initiatives
Support compliance-related processes and updates
Qualifications
Required:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Interest in HR operations, recruiting, and employee experience
Preferred:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
Familiarity with BambooHR (HRIS) or Ashby (ATS)

Compensation
$25.00 - 27.00 hourly depending upon experience. This is a non-exempt position
