Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual HR Coordinator to support HR processes and safety operations. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and follows through time-sensitive tasks.


Key Responsibilities


HR & Administrative Support

  • Manage the full onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, coordination, and employee setup
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with employee communication and general HR inquiries
  • Process child support orders, garnishments, and related documentation
  • Support HR projects and administrative tasks
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned


Safety & Operations

  • Coordinate safety training and drug testing.
  • Track and manage compliance items.
  • Maintain safety systems and reporting.
  • Support in safety documentation and incident reporting as needed.
  • Assist with random testing programs.


Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS/Safety Systems a plus
