Position Overview

As an HR Co-op Student, you will gain hands-on experience in a variety of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training and labour relations. This opportunity is ideal for a student pursuing a career in Human Resources who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a professional setting.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities such as posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.

  • Assist with compiling HR reports and data analytics.

  • Participate in the development or review of HR policies, procedures, and training materials.

  • Provide administrative support and contribute to special HR projects, as needed.

  • Support additional tasks and projects as required.

  • Uphold the high standards that define the Alpine Aerotech brand.

What You’ll Bring to our Team

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

  • Valid driver’s license;

  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism.

  • Strong time management and self-motivation.

  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships.

  • Awareness of the sensitivity of information received and appropriate handling.

  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.

  • Mindset to work smarter, not harder.
