Job Description

Main Objective:

Manage and ensure the benefits strategy and its proper implementation on the site.

What challenges will you have?

1. Design and execute the site benefits strategy, ensuring the proper execution of its processes and KPi continuous improvement.
2. Ensure the payment of the Productivity Bonus, as well as its calculation and the continuous improvement that derives from this process.
3. Ensure the proper operation of cafeteria providers, OXXO, vehicle fleet, transportation, among others.

Technical Knowledge

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.

• Experience managing employee services within a manufacturing environment.

• Bilingual proficiency (English–Spanish) at a B2 level or higher.

• Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
