Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can lead a team including casino operation team and casino product owner(s) while overseeing the Casino's vision and roadmap. The primary goal of this role is to provide our customers with an exceptional gaming experience through data-driven decision-making. You will be in charge of developing and coordinating all casino strategies for each market in which we operate, with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and revenue.


In addition to owning casino strategies and managing the team, you will be in charge of bringing in new content deals, managing supplier relationships, and determining what the casino product's next big thing is for web and mobile to improve igaming experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute the online casino strategy to drive growth, engagement, and revenue.
  • Build, maintain, and negotiate commercial agreements with gaming providers and partners.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and lead contract negotiations to expand the game offering.
  • Be the definitive source of truth for the Casino product department regarding commercial performance, providing expert insights and guidance.
  • Set KPIs and associated targets for the casino team with clear benchmarking and retrospectives into drivers of success and gaps to close. 
  • To ensure the fastest and smoothest gaming experience, define and prioritize team requirements and engage with cross-functional teams to ensure Casino products obtain the development bandwidth they need.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and suggest new tools and techniques to support casino products.
  • Define, monitor and measure the effectiveness of Casino improvements including back office and casino website, and analyse customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the game portfolio, lead releases in existing and future markets.
  • Work closely with the tech and commercial teams to guarantee that we are providing customized solutions for all markets and Casino targets are fulfilled.
  • Work closely with other departments (i.e. Sportsbook, Payments, Player Engagement) to guarantee a cohesive gaming experience for the player base.
  • Be in charge of third-party communications, providing daily support, conducting contract negotiations, or any compliance related issues.
  • Set development goals for your team, ensuring that your team's capability tangibly improves over time.


Requirements:


  • Extensive experience in online gaming, particularly within the online casino vertical, in roles such as Head of Gaming, Head of Casino, or Head of Product
  • Proven experience in building and managing casino products, including defining and executing the product roadmap
  • Strong P&L ownership and commercial acumen, ensuring business growth and profitability
  • Expertise in partner management and negotiation, including forming strategies with third-party suppliers
  • Deep understanding of iGaming regulations and compliance
  • Ability to lead, influence, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to extract actionable insights from data and metrics.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of collaborating across internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for executing strategies that make a measurable impact across the organization
