About the role

We’re looking for a Growth Generalist to help drive customer acquisition and product adoption at Peec AI. In this role, you’ll work across the full growth stack, testing acquisition channels, launching experiments, improving onboarding and activation flows, and creating content that helps marketers understand the new world of AI search. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Marketing to turn ideas into live experiments and measurable impact, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys blending creativity with data and taking ownership of growth initiatives from concept to scale.

What you’ll do

• Help drive and influence the growth strategy of Peec AI with the goal of acquiring new customers for our two analytics products

• Identify, test, and scale growth levers across channels – from lifecycle and landing pages to new acquisition experiments

• Create and repurpose content that helps educate and inspire marketers about AI search and Peec AI’s role in it

• Build and refine onboarding, activation, and upgrade flows that turn signups into engaged users

• Partner with Product, Design, and Marketing to bring experiments from idea to live launch

What we’re looking for

• 1+ years of experience working in GTM, Marketing and/or Growth

• Ability to move easily between creative and analytical work and learn fast through experimentation

• Creative problem-solving skills and natural thinking in systems, metrics, and trade-offs

• Comfort with ambiguity and excitement to take ownership from idea to impact

• Curiosity about AI, growth, and how people discover products in the new search landscape

Bonus Points

• Experience in starting a company or working in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment

• Exposure to experimentation, funnel analytics, or marketing automation

• A side project, community, or creative channel that shows your curiosity and initiative

• Interest in SEO, AI search, or the evolving world of generative engine optimization (GEO)
