Job Responsibilities

Assist senior consultants in the implementation, configuration, and testing of various Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking).
Participate in client workshops and requirements gathering sessions, documenting business processes and functional specifications.
Support data conversion activities, including data mapping, validation, and loading into Workday.
Develop and execute test scripts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Workday configurations.
Provide support for post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting and user training.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of Workday configurations and processes.
Collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and Workday partners.
Continuously learn and stay updated on new Workday features, functionalities, and best practices.
