About The Role
You'll own upper-funnel lead generation at Juna AI — building the systems and running the outreach that puts us in front of COOs, Heads of Operations, and Plant Managers at the world's biggest chemical, cement, food, and paper companies. You report directly to our CEO and work side-by-side with our Founding AE.
Whether you're early in your career and ready to learn fast, or you've already built pipeline and want more ownership — this role gives you both. There's no playbook waiting for you. You'll create it.
What You'll Own
- Lead generation, end to end. You identify high-value target accounts, build outbound sequences, and get meetings booked. LinkedIn, email, events, cold calls — whatever works, you run it.
- Sales automation and tooling. You don't experiment with AI tools — you deploy them. You'll set up and operate the automation stack that makes our outbound engine scalable: enrichment, sequencing, intent signals, CRM workflows. If a task can be automated, you automate it.
- Account research and targeting. You develop a deep understanding of industrial manufacturing — who buys, why they buy, and what triggers action. You turn that into targeting strategies that actually convert.
- Pipeline quality. You qualify leads rigorously and hand off meetings that our AE can close. You care about conversion rates, not just activity metrics.
- Content and collateral. You contribute to outbound messaging, case study positioning, and campaign narratives — because you're closest to what resonates with prospects.
About You
- 1–3 years in B2B sales, business development, or growth. Maybe you've already generated pipeline in tech or SaaS. Maybe you're earlier but obsessively driven and learn faster than anyone around you. Either way — you take full ownership of what you do.
- You write sharp outbound copy. Your messages get replies because they're specific, relevant, and human.
- You're systematic. You think in funnels, track your metrics, and improve your process every week.
- You build with AI and automation tools as your default way of working — not as a side experiment. You've used tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly, or similar, or you'll master them in your first weeks.
- You move fast, take initiative, and don't wait for permission. When something isn't working, you change it.
- Fluent in German. Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
- Bonus: technical or engineering background.
