About Higgsfield

Higgsfield AI is the leading video AI company redefining synthetic media on socials. The company is entering its next stage of scale with $200M+ run-rate sales in just 9 months after launch, and a fresh $130M Series A.

What you will do

Own global B2B partnerships

  • Drive end-to-end partnership lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, structuring, negotiating, and closing deals with international partners.

  • Build and scale a high-impact partnerships pipeline across key markets.

Lead commercial execution

  • Own revenue targets and consistently deliver against multi-million dollar goals.

  • Structure complex deals, pilots, and strategic partnerships.

Strategic GTM & deal shaping

  • Identify high-value use cases with partners and translate Higgsfield AI capabilities into clear business outcomes.

  • Design partnership models, pricing structures, and go-to-market strategies.

Account ownership & expansion

  • Build long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders (C-level, founders, operators).

  • Drive expansion, upsell, and new revenue streams within existing accounts.

Vendor & partner management

  • Manage high-intensity, vendor-heavy relationships.

  • Lead negotiations, resolve issues, and ensure smooth ongoing collaboration.

Build the function

  • Create scalable processes for partnerships, sales, and account management.

  • Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing partnerships team over time.

Cross-functional leadership

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership.

  • Bring structured market feedback into product development and positioning.

Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, globally minded operator who:

  • Thinks like a deal-maker (IB / consulting mindset) and executes like a top-tier operator.

  • Is deeply customer-facing and comfortable owning high-stakes revenue conversations.

  • Can translate complex AI products into clear business value.

  • Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments.

  • Builds trust quickly with executives, founders, and enterprise stakeholders.

Your must-haves

(You don’t need to meet every requirement — strong candidates often over-index in a few areas.)

  • Top-tier background: Investment Banking (IB), top consulting firms, or leading tech companies.

  • Proven experience in B2B partnerships / sales / business development, ideally in SaaS or AI.

  • Strong track record of closing and scaling multi-million dollar deals.

  • Experience working with international markets.

  • Exceptional negotiation, structuring, and storytelling skills.

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Ability to build and scale processes from 0→1.

  • Fluent English and Russian (required).

  • Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is a strong plus.
