Build for new countries from scratch.
We’re hiring a high-ownership generalist to lead Niva’s expansion across Latin America. This is not a scoped, playbook-driven role. You’ll be building our country expansion engine from zero, deciding where we go next, figuring out how we launch, and making it real.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and have end-to-end ownership of taking Niva into new markets. If you love messy problems, blank pages, and the feeling of building something that didn’t exist before, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will own country expansion end-to-end. From early validation to live customers to scale.
That means you’ll:
Decide which countries we should launch next and build the case for why.
Lead new market launches across LatAm - starting with Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia.
Talk directly to customers, partners, and regulators (in Spanish) to validate demand and unblock launches.
Work hand-in-hand with product and engineering to turn “we should launch here” into a live, usable product.
Build the playbook for how Niva expands globally, then run it again and again.
Solve problems no one has solved yet, with very little structure and a lot of trust.
You're Probably a Match If You Have
3+ years of experience in high-growth startups, consulting, or strategy / ops roles, and want much more ownership.
Proven ability to move from 0 → 1 on new projects, and enjoy doing it again.
Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage startup.
A builder’s mindset. You don’t wait for direction; you take ownership and make things happen.
A deep desire to grow into a leadership role in the next 1–2 years.
Speak professional Spanish fluently and can lead real conversations
