About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to support our growing team. This role is heavily focused on identifying and engaging candidates across multiple platforms and building a strong pipeline of talent.
This is not a full-cycle recruiting role — the primary focus is sourcing, initial candidate outreach and ATS management.
Working Hours & Compensation:
• Expected workload: 30–40 hours per week
• Compensation: $6/hour
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms
• Proactively reach out to potential candidates and manage initial communication
• Screen profiles and assess basic fit against role requirements
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in our ATS (Workable)
• Ensure candidates are properly documented and moved through the process
• Collaborate with hiring teams and Vacancy Managers to align on sourcing needs
• Occasionally review CVs and support with basic candidate evaluation
What a Typical Day Looks Like:
• Searching for candidates based on defined criteria
• Sending outreach messages and following up with candidates
• Reviewing incoming applications
• Updating candidate statuses in the ATS
• Communicating with internal stakeholders regarding pipeline progress
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (sourcing-focused profiles preferred)
• Strong experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
• Experience with platforms like Upwork is a plus
• Good written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
