Founding Product Manager (f/m/d)

Bliro builds the personal AI assistant for field sales teams. An AI-powered revenue intelligence platform that works anywhere, anytime.

We help field sales reps eliminate manual busy work, capture every customer interaction, and turn conversations into action. We are an established startup with strong market traction and are now entering the next phase of product, platform, and company growth.

Product is at the core of Bliro. Our platform spans Web, Desktop, and Mobile, powered by real-time transcription, AI-driven insights, and agentic systems that automate workflows for revenue teams.

The Role

As our Founding Product Manager, you will take ownership of Bliro's core product, working closely with engineering, design, and the CTPO.

You will combine deep user understanding, hands-on execution, and strong process ownership, especially in the context of AI-powered and agentic systems.

This is not a management role. You are expected to own product outcomes end-to-end, introduce and sharpen processes, and become the person who knows Bliro's product and users better than anyone. You will be the one that brings Bliro's product vision to life.

What You Will Do

Own the Core Product

Take full ownership of Bliro's product. Understand every feature, every user flow, every edge case. You're the person the team turns to when they need to know why something was built this way and what should come next. Co-develop Bliro's product roadmap together with the CTPO, translating company goals and customer needs into clear, outcome-driven priorities.

Live With the Users

Lead product discovery with customers, sales, and internal stakeholders. Run user interviews, shadow field sales reps, synthesize feedback, and turn insights into a prioritized roadmap. You don't just relay what users say, you develop a point of view on what they actually need.

Ship, Don't Slide-Deck

Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery to impact measurement. Define clear problem statements, product outcomes, and success metrics. Turn ambiguous problems into well-scoped initiatives teams can execute. Write specs that go into production. You're hands-on in the build process, not managing from a distance.

Build AI-First & Agentic Product Experiences

Drive product development around AI workflows, automation, and agentic systems. Work closely with engineers to design scalable, reliable, and trustworthy AI features. Understand and manage trade-offs around latency, reliability, UX, and explainability.

Drive Cross-Platform Product Coherence

Bliro is a multi-platform system spanning Web, Desktop, and Mobile. Ensure a cohesive product experience across all platforms by thinking in user workflows and jobs to be done, not isolated features.

Sharpen Product Processes

Introduce and refine the rituals, frameworks, and documentation that let the team ship fast without chaos. This includes outcome-driven roadmapping and prioritization, structured product discovery and validation, clear and high-quality PRDs and decision frameworks, and product rituals that improve focus without slowing teams down. Bring structure where it's needed but only where it's needed.

Bridge Product and Go-to-Market

Translate product capabilities into positioning, enablement materials, and customer-facing narratives. Help sales understand what they're selling and help product understand what customers are buying.

Support Org Readiness

Work alongside the CTPO to prepare the product function for scale. Your goal: make the org ready so that after Series A, we can hire into a system that works - not one we need to invent.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

• At least 2 years of full-time product management experience in a startup environment

• Semi-Technical or Technical Degree from a top-tier technical university (TUM, KIT, RWTH, ETH, EPFL or comparable)

• Strong product sense - you can look at a feature and immediately see what's missing, what's broken, and what to build next

• Comfort working directly with engineers - you understand technical trade-offs and can have a real conversation about architecture, APIs, and data models

• Experience running user research and translating qualitative insights into product decisions

• Structured thinker who can prioritize ruthlessly when everything feels urgent

• You will be working within a team of exceptional engineers and designers. You can prove yourself and make them trust your judgments

• Fluent in German and English.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in B2B SaaS, sales tech, or revenue intelligence

• Background in a technical discipline (e.g., Management & Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science)

• Experience with AI-powered products, ideally including workflow automation or agentic systems

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP)

Not What We're Looking For

• VP Product or CPO backgrounds - we need someone who still loves being hands-on, not someone looking to manage managers

• Corporate career tracks - we need startup speed, not enterprise process

• Pure business or strategy profiles without technical depth
