About Elyos AI
We’re building the next generation of customer service with AI Agents. Our agents answer calls, reply to emails and WhatsApp messages, make bookings, take payments, and operate the CRM in the same way a human would.
We founded Elyos in June 2023 and took part in the Y Combinator S23 batch. Our founders spent four months in San Francisco living and breathing AI. Since then, we’ve been growing revenue ~30% month on month and shipping fast. It’s been wild so far - and we’re just getting started. We recently raised a $13m series A to turbocharge our growth.
Why this role exists
This role exists to unlock constraint on our CEO's. You'll work directly with Pip to take things off her plate, multiply her output, and own the work that keeps our commercial engine running. Some of that work is strategic. Some of it is unglamorous. All of it matters.

About the Role
Start date: ASAP
Location: London HQ (onsite, near Old St. Station)
Reports to: Pip Brown, Co-CEO
What you'll do
Commercial & GTM
Analyse conversion and revenue data to surface the insights that sharpen our sales motion
Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth handoffs to the Customer Success team
Contribute to GTM strategy for new markets, including US expansion
Own pipeline administration - research accounts, prep sales materials, manage follow-ups, and keep our CRM clean so Pip can focus on closing
Revenue Operations & Business Support
Support operational processes across the business - RevOps, invoicing, admin, and payroll coordination alongside our Co-CEO Adrian
Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and fundraising
Track key metrics and build reporting that keeps leadership informed
Identify bottlenecks and build lightweight systems to remove them
Whatever It Takes
Jump into customer conversations, support the wider team as it grows, guide strategic projects
Pick up the things that don't fit neatly into anyone else's job description - and do them well
This is a startup growing at 30% month-on-month. The pace is intense and the hours reflect that. We need someone who finds that energising, not exhausting

What we're looking for
2-4 years of experience in a demanding, high-performance environment. Typical backgrounds include:
Management consulting (MBB or similar tier)
Investment banking
Early-stage startup in an ops, commercial, or generalist role
Founder's Associate at a VC fund looking to move operator-side
Commercial instinct - you understand how businesses win customers, and you're energised by revenue. You could credibly contribute to GTM strategy, not just execute someone else's
Analytical rigour - you can build a model, interrogate a dataset, and make decisions grounded in evidence
Exceptional communication - you can draft an investor update, a cold outbound sequence, and a Slack message to engineering with equal clarity
High agency - you don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs doing and you go and do it
No ego about the work - you're smart enough to do strategy and willing enough to do the admin. You genuinely don't mind doing both in the same afternoon
Intensity - you're happy working alongside the founders at the pace a company at this stage demands, including evenings and weekends when the work calls for it
Nice to have
Experience in B2B SaaS
Interest in AI, automation or the trades and field services industry
You've built something yourself - a side project, a community, a business
