Mission

At Bliro, we're transforming how businesses capture and leverage customer interactions with privacy and AI at the core. We're a small, elite team that punches way above its weight and that includes the interns.

As a Founder's Associate Intern in Product, you'll work directly alongside our product-focused co-founder. This isn't a "shadow the founder and take notes" internship. You'll own real workstreams from day one running user research, shaping product specs, building internal automations, and turning product learnings into customer enablement initiatives. You bring technical understanding and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty with tools, data, and systems. In three to six months, you'll have more product and ops exposure than most people get in their first two years at a big company.

What You'll Do

• Run product discovery. Conduct user interviews, synthesize insights, and turn them into actionable recommendations that directly shape what we build next.

• Ship specs, not slide decks. Write product requirements, define user flows, and work with engineering to scope and prioritize features. Your specs will go into production.

• Build internal automations. Identify inefficiencies in our workflows and fix them - using low-code tools, scripts, or whatever gets the job done. You'll improve processes across product, sales, and ops.

• Turn data into decisions. Analyze user behavior, retention metrics, and feature adoption. Translate product learnings into customer enablement measures that help our users get more value from Bliro.

• Wear multiple hats. This is a seed-stage startup. You'll touch product, go-to-market, and operations - sometimes all in the same week. If something matters and needs doing, you pick it up.

• Build with the founders. Sit in on strategy discussions, customer calls, and product reviews. You'll see how a venture-backed AI startup makes decisions up close - and your input will be expected, not optional.

What You Bring

Must-haves:

• Currently enrolled at a top-tier university (TUM, ETH, RWTH, KIT, WHU, LMU, HSG, or equivalent) in a technical or interdisciplinary field - management & technology, industrial engineering & management, business informatics, CS, or similar

• Technical understanding - you can read a product spec, understand what's feasible, and talk to engineers without a translator

• Sharp analytical thinking - you can look at messy data and pull out what matters

• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and German

• Self-starter mentality - you don't wait for tasks, you find problems worth solving

• Genuine curiosity about AI products and how B2B software companies work

• Available for a 3- or 6-month full-time internship in Munich

Nice-to-haves:

• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools (Zapier, Make, Retool, Airtable, or similar) or basic scripting (Python, Apps Script)

• Previous internship or project experience in product management, consulting, or a startup environment

• Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Excel/Sheets)

• Familiarity with product and ops tools like Linear, Figma, Notion, HubSpot, or similar

• Experience in sales, customer success, or GTM roles

• Founded or built something yourself (student initiative, side project, small business)
