Fixture Development Engineer

Responsibilities

Responsible for docking with process engineers, designing and selecting new tooling and fixtures for production line
Responsible for technical proposal and technical review of fixture with suppliers
Responsible for the optimization and improvement of tooling and fixtures of the test line
Purchase management of equipment fixture
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above; Major in mechatronics, automation, mechanical design is preferred
Familiar with mechanical design and metal processing technology
More than 1 year experience in power battery module PACK fixture design
Proficient in AutoCAD, Pro-e, Solidworks and other design software
Understand the basic knowledge of electric control, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc
