Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are keen to build technical expertise in supporting laboratory and analytical equipment.

You will support customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems, including hardware, software, and networking products.

Install, configure, and optimize hardware/software/network products at customer sites
Diagnose and resolve product performance issues with guidance from senior team members when required
Perform preventive maintenance and repair services to ensure optimal equipment performance
Support customers by providing basic troubleshooting advice and best practices
Proactively identify potential equipment or software issues to minimize downtime
Deliver integrated solutions (with support and training) including peripherals, operating systems, and applications
Collaborate with internal teams such as Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D to provide effective customer solutions
Participate in technical training, workshops, and continuous learning opportunities
Support internal knowledge sharing and training sessions over time

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry (preferably Analytical Chemistry) or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internships or lab experience will be an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with guidance
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
