Job Description

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for facility and equipment, effectively support the operation.
• Responsible for the coordination and handling of major anomalies and maintenance problems of facilities an equipment, summarize countermeasures and effective actions.
• Responsible for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of the water, electricity, gas, lighting and other related facilities.
• Responsible for writing and updating facility related guidelines.
• Responsible for special equipment management to meet the requirements of law.
• Should to repair the equipments independently if necessary.

Qualifications

• College or above, major in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering.
• At least 1 years experience as Facility Engineer.
• English can be the working language.
• Proficient in using WORD, EXCEL, PPT etc.
• Proficient in reading CAD drawings.
• High and low voltage electrical operation certificate is preferred.
