How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

 

Provide support to Operations ensuring compliance with technical requirements, providing expertise for complex troubleshooting, contributing to the reliability programs and participating in the maintenance strategy definition.

 

Main Accountabilities 1- Operations Excellence : Lead programs on fundamentals including reliability and support operations through troubleshooting 2- Asset Management : Define asset transformations for basin profitability through resource allocation of Capex and Expert support 3- Central Maintenance : accountable for maintenance strategy, plan/budget, and execution 4- Process Safety & Integrity Management : Lead programs and providing expertise 5- Projects : Develop and execute small/medium-sized projects Differentiating Criteria Team Management: 2-5 engineers Decision Making / Activity: - Medium Scope of magnitude (decision-making process) and impact on the organization - Medium Complexity of problems solved

 

Are you a MATCH?

 

1. Master Degree in Engineering 2. 7+ years of experience in Operations / Maintenance 3. Strong people management skill, technical aptitude, pragmatism, analytical skills, good prioritisation skills, strong strategic mindset
