Requerimientos
- 4 años de experiencia en estrategia digital, web o performance
- Experiencia en agencia (deseable)
- Conocimiento en:
- Estrategia web y experiencia de usuario (UX/UI)
- Optimización de sitios (CRO)
- SEO (técnico y on-page)
- Analítica digital (Google Analytics, GA4)
- Funnels de conversión
- Experiencia trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios (diseño, desarrollo, contenido, paid media)
- Conocimiento en herramientas como:
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- Hotjar / herramientas de comportamiento (deseable)
- CMS (WordPress u otros)
- Pensamiento analítico y estratégico
- Enfoque en resultados y performance
- Proactividad y capacidad de organización
Actividades
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias web alineadas a los objetivos del cliente (conversión, tráfico, engagement).
- Analizar el desempeño de sitios web mediante herramientas de analítica digital.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en:
- Experiencia de usuario (UX)
- Navegación
- Conversión (CRO)
- Diseñar y optimizar funnels de conversión.
- Proponer mejoras en estructura, contenido y arquitectura del sitio.
- Coordinar con equipos de:
- Diseño (UX/UI)
- Desarrollo
- Content
- Paid media
- Supervisar la correcta implementación de mejoras en sitio web.
- Implementar y validar tracking de eventos y conversiones (GTM, GA4).
- Realizar pruebas A/B para optimizar la experiencia y conversión.
- Generar reportes de desempeño con insights y recomendaciones.
- Presentar resultados y estrategias a clientes.
- Asegurar alineación entre sitio web y campañas digitales (paid, SEO, contenido).
- Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias digitales, UX y tecnología web.
