At Hyperbound (YC S23), we’re building the Revenue Activation Platform, a new category of sales-tech that helps enterprise sales teams practice, measure, and scale top-performer behaviors.
The category is exploding, and as the inventors of AI sales role play, we’re pouring gas on the fire to get the best product on the market to enterprise sales teams. Over the last year, our reps had multiple $1M in ARR months and are closing the biggest logos of their careers.
Job Description:
Close enterprise and some large enterprise deals in a high-growth environment (ACVs of $100K to multiple 6 figures)
Continue to build out the sales motion for our journey to Series B
This will be full-cycle role with a 50/50 inbound to outbound split
Compensation: $270-$300K OTE + cash bonuses/quarterly accelerators + equity
Who we're looking for:
Someone with 2+ years of enterprise closing experience and 5+ years of total closing experience
Comfortable sourcing own deals, managing enterprise sales cycles, and building out sales playbooks
Thinks outside the box and helps design sales strategy in the office
Wants to join a high growth series-A startup, have high impact, and be part of the next category-defining moment in sales tech
Willing to travel to conferences and go to customer on sites to close deals
Relocate to SF (if not in the bay area)

About the interview
Initial Behavioral Call (30 mins)
We will have an initial behavior call with the Founder & CEO, Sriharsha Guduguntla.
TAKE HOME ASSESSMENT: Discovery Call Breakdown, Account Plan, and AI-Powered Mock Discovery Call Roleplay
You will be sent a real-life discovery call recording that we will ask you to listen to, break down, and prepare an account plan for.
You will be asked to perform a mock discovery call with our AI roleplay bots on hyperbound.ai (aka use our product).
Post-Assessment Review Call (30 mins)
Review the assessment with our Founding AEs and Sriharsha.
On-Site Final Interview (1 hour)
Come out to our SF office for a final interview with the whole team including all co-founders and GTM team.
