Role: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Singapore

Duration: 12 Months Extendable


Responsibilities:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others), Computer Science/Information Technology and above.

• More than 3 years experience in a desktop support role

• Good knowledge/ Experience in PC troubleshooting, Microsoft Office Applications, PC assembly and network setup is an advantage

• Server Experience (Microsoft Server 2k3, Active Directory, Exchange Installation and Migration) is an advantage

• MSCA or MCSE would be an added advantage

• In-depth knowledge of in Windows desktop operating systems like Windows 2000,XP,Vista

• Knowledge of Software application MS-Office/Outlook 

• Hardware knowledge (PC/Laptop/Printers/Monitors)

• General Knowledge of VM ware & Citrix Environment
