Desktop Support

Job Description

Minimum 3 Years of experience in working with enterprise infrastructure environment. 

Assist internal end users onsite and remote offices (review, evaluation, troubleshooting, analysis, diagnoses, integration, remediation and service restoration) of desktop computers, standard and/or custom applications and associated technology peripherals (printers, scanner, mobile devices).
