Design Engineer_DCCC

Job Description

• Complete the concept & detail design for HPU& Manifold according to customer requirement
• Check the drawings and BOM for other engineer
• Solve the quality issues in shopfloor and customer site (Design related and others)
• Support or lead standardization design tasks
• Optimize product structure design scheme to save cost. Provide solutions for CIP.
• Improve the design with cost saving and standardization
• Develop industry design standard
• Support other function (Quotations & MFQ…)
• Deeply research and provide specific solutions for new business and products
• Other temporary task 

 

Qualifications

• Bacheor or above in Engineering
• Experience in a Engineering role  > 3 years
• Mechanical and Hydraulic Design Experience
• Product knowledge and Industry sector knowledge
• CIP mindset
• Network and communication skills
• Logic thinking
• Familiar with problem solving methodology(5why, PS, 8D etc.)
