Overview

We are seeking a visionary and high-caliber Program Manager to lead our program initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for program delivery and strategic execution. You will serve as the strategic anchor for the organization, managing complex stakeholder ecosystems and driving a growth-oriented delivery culture. We are looking for a seasoned leader who can work independently to navigate ambiguity, make strategic decisions, and ensure engineering excellence.

Strategic Management

• Program Governance (Roadmap planning, risk mitigation, and financial oversight)
• Strategic Decision-Making frameworks for trade-off analysis and resource optimization
• Change Management to drive a growth mindset across multidisciplinary teams

Agile Delivery & Scaling

• Scaled Agile (SAFe/LeSS) for managing multiple interdependent squads
• Agile Metrics (Lead time, cycle time, and predictability) for data-driven reporting
• Jira & Portfolio Management tools for high-level visibility and tracking

Client & Stakeholder Relations

• Stakeholder Management across executive leadership and global technical partners
• Client Relationship Management to align product delivery with business outcomes
• Negotiation & Conflict Resolution in a high-pressure, product-centric environment

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Roadmap Development: Convert high-level product visions and architectural goals into detailed, phased program roadmaps and execution plans.
• Decision Authority: Act as the primary authority on program prioritization, ensuring resource allocation aligns with the overarching growth strategy.
• Delivery Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex engineering programs, ensuring squads remain high-performing and aligned with quality standards.
• Risk & Impediment Management: Proactively identify program-level risks and remove systemic impediments to ensure predictable delivery cycles.
• Stakeholder Orchestration: Lead communication with global stakeholders, providing transparent reporting and managing expectations at the executive level.
• Financial & Resource Governance: Manage program budgets, P&L health, and resource forecasting to optimize delivery costs and efficiency.
• Mentoring: Coach Scrum Masters and Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of experience in Program or Delivery Management within the technology sector.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programs (multi-squad environments).
• Deep expertise in Agile/Scaled Agile methodologies and modern project management tools.
• Strong background in Strategic Planning and business-to-technology alignment.
• Exceptional communication and "executive presence" for managing global client relations.

Highly Desirable

• Industry Experience: Exposure to industrial domains such as Manufacturing, Logistics, or Transportation is highly regarded.
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certifications.
• Experience in high-growth product engineering environments in India.
