Job Description

• Purchasing supplier quality engineer. Quality mentor for casting and manufacturing suppliers.
• Resolve supplier quality problem by basic quality methods such as 8D, PSS, 5WHY etc.
• Support quality management plan for purchasing projects.
• Monitor and improve suppliers’ quality KPI figure (e.g. IPM or PPM)
• Develop suppliers’ quality management systematically
• Work with other domestic and oversea purchasing colleagues as technical specialist in purchasing function.

Qualifications

• Skillful on Quality Tools, such as 8D, PSS, PDCA, FMEA and Control Plan.
• Skillful on casting and heat treatment knowledge. Have enough knowledge of coating, manufacturing.
• Fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing by English.
• Experience on supplier management will be preferred.
• Experience on APQP, PPAP will be preferred.
