Alabama Professional Services is a family-owned company serving customers across Alabama for over 40 years. We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers
• Schedule service appointments
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
• Support office operations and other departments
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

• Strong communication and phone skills
