Job Description

• 负责工厂客户的自动化需求挖掘与需求分析
• 深入了解客户生产工艺、产线现状与痛点，开展现场勘查、访谈、数据收集，形成完整的需求池
• 通过技术可行性评估、风险分析和收益分析，确保需求与部门目标对齐
• 将高层次业务需求分解为可执行的技术需求、功能清单、性能指标和验收标准
• 评估并对比不同实现路径（如 PLC、HMI、机器人、视觉检测等组合方案），输出可落地的系统架构方案和选型方案
• 制定初步实施路线图、里程碑、资源需求（人力、时间、预算）及风险控制措施
• 参与项目的现场安装、调试、系统验收、放行/投产评估，确保按进度和质量目标交付
• 为客户提供系统上线后的培训、技术支持和后续优化建议

 

• Automation needs discovery and analysis for factory clients
• Gain deep understanding of the client's production processes, line status, and pain points; conduct on-site surveys, interviews, and data collection to form a complete requirements pool
• Ensure requirements align with departmental goals through technical feasibility assessments, risk analyses, and benefit analyses
• Decompose high-level business needs into actionable technical requirements, functional lists, performance metrics, and acceptance criteria
• Evaluate and compare different implementation paths (e.g., PLC, HMI, robotics, vision systems combinations); deliver implementable system architecture and selection plans
• Develop preliminary implementation roadmaps, milestones, resource needs (personnel, time, budget), and risk control measures
• Participate in on-site installation, debugging, system acceptance, and production release assessments to ensure delivery on schedule and to quality targets
• Provide post-go-live training, technical support, and subsequent optimization recommendations to clients
• Continuously track performance indicators and drive data-driven optimization strategies to improve line efficiency and yield

Qualifications

• Strong operations background – Broad experience/knowledge on Manufacturing Processes, Manufacturing & Assembly topics (e.g. Manufacturing Technology Management, Technology Development, Special Machinery Project Lead, …)
• Strong network with relevant future product plants in CN
• Fluent in Chinese and English language
• Be willing to get to know Rng colleagues / topics comprehensively (-> willingness for an STA to connect to Rng network)
• Strong communication/coordination skills with solid content understanding -> the ability to connect relevant topics / players in a broad field
• AI competences in production/manufacturing as a plus
