Community Agent ( Gameti & Fort Simpson)

Air Tindi is currently looking for a Community Agent.  We pride our self on safety, customer satisfaction and professionalism. Air Tindi is looking for Agents in Gameti and Fort Simpson.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities included, but not limited to:

• Checking passengers in;
• Processing payments for flights, cargo;
• Answering phone inquiries;
• Maintain facility orderliness;
• Perform any other duties as required.

Requirements

• Grade 9 or equivalent, ability to speak an aboriginal language will be considered an asset;
• 2 years of experience in a customer service field;
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
• Possess a high degree of professionalism;
• Demonstrated solid written and oral communication skills;
• Ability to develop and maintain positive vendor relationships;
• Valid and unrestricted Class 5 driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract.
