Job Summary

Acrisure is seeking a Client Services Representative to join our growing team to support nationwide inspection operations. This is an exciting entry level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in business operations, recruiting coordination, or workforce management within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. In this role, you will help identify, engage, and coordinate independent field inspectors across the United States.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, helping ensure the right people are connected to the right opportunities while building foundational skills in communication, organization, and business operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is motivated to learn, enjoys working with people, and is looking for a long-term career path with opportunities for growth.

This position offers a starting pay of $19.23 per hour (approximately $40,000 annually), along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Candidate must reside within driving distance of our St. Petersburg office.

This is a 40 hour/week position with a traditional Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Source and conduct initial pre-screening of candidates to assess basic qualifications before submission to hiring managers

  • Maintain organized tracking of outreach, interviews, and follow-ups

  • Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth and positive experience for new field specialists

  • Update internal systems and communication channels with relevant information

  • Prepare and maintain weekly activity and pipeline reports

  • Communicate professionally with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the team

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ customer service experience within an office, retail or service industry setting

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

Education and Licenses

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Additional education or coursework beneficial

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
