The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, execution leader with strong medical domain expertise to join our leadership team as Chief of Staff, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO.

This is not a traditional "administrative" Chief of Staff role. It is a high-impact, strategic, and operational position designed for someone who can act as the CEO’s right hand and "force multiplier." You will bridge the gap between vision and reality, ensuring that Mindpeak’s strategic objectives are translated into operational excellence across the entire organization.

Your Mission

Your mission is to ensure that strategy turns into reliable execution.

You will act as the connective tissue of the company, ensuring that the CEO’s priorities are communicated, owned, and delivered. You are someone who thrives in the "gray area" between departments—medical, regulatory, engineering, and commercial—bringing clarity where there is ambiguity and momentum where there is friction.

This means:

• Driving the CEO’s Agenda: Ensuring top-level priorities are met through relentless follow-through.

• Operational Architecture: Building and refining the operating rhythms (OKRs, leadership meetings, cross-functional syncs) that keep a scaling AI company focused.

• Medical & Domain Alignment: Bringing medical relevance into high-level decision-making to ensure our AI impacts clinical reality.

• Executing Special Projects: Taking ownership of "first-of-their-kind" initiatives that don't yet have a natural home in the organization.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Partnership & Execution

• CEO Sparring Partner: Act as a sounding board for the CEO on organizational design, scaling decisions, and product direction.

• Priority Management: Filter and prioritize the CEO’s time and focus, ensuring the leadership team stays aligned on the "Vital Few" goals.

• Meeting Architecture: Design and lead leadership offsites, board preparations, and weekly management meetings to maximize decision-making speed.

Operational Excellence

• Scaling the Backbone: Introduce pragmatic, software-native processes that allow us to grow from 50 to 100+ employees without losing our soul or speed.

• Interdisciplinary Glue: Break down silos between medical, engineering, and regulatory teams to ensure "the PS get on the road" and stay there.

• Accountability Loops: Ensure that once a decision is made, it is sustainably implemented, followed, and measured.

Medical & Domain Leadership

• Clinical Translation: Ensure our strategic roadmap reflects real-world clinical workflows and the rigorous demands of pathology and drug development.

Your Profile

• Execution Powerhouse: You have shown that you can execute in challenging environments.

• Force Multiplier: While the CEO is great at the "Zero to One" (the vision and the kickoff), you thrive on the "One to N" (the execution)

• Mindset: Hands-on, and decisive. You don't just design frameworks; you stay until they work.

• Language: Fluent in English.

• Location: Based in Hamburg.

Who This Role Is Not For

• Pure Strategy Consultants: If you prefer building decks over building organizations, this isn't for you.

• Administrators: This is an execution role, not a personal assistant or traditional office manager position.
