About the role

We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to drive growth for French market for our robots. The role focuses on developing Channel partnerships, managing partners, maximizing partners’ sales performance, and expanding market presence across manufacturing, automotive, electronics, logistics, and process industries in France.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in robotic and automation equipment channel sales, a solid understanding of robotics and automation technologies, and is a market expert in the automation sector in France.

Your Responsibilities

    Identify, onboard, and develop channel partners in France
    Build strong, long-term relationships with channel partners at the commercial and management level
    Support partners in opportunity identification, solution positioning, and deal execution
    Drive revenue, order intake, and growth through indirect sales channels
    Manage joint sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reviews
    Manage partner contracts, agreements, and commercial terms
    Ensure pricing consistency, margin targets, and deal governance
    Collaborate with Business Development Managers in bringing revenues
    Work closely with marketing, operations, customer service, and R&D teams
    Represent the company at trade fairs and commercial events
    Strengthen market presence within the French industrial and automation ecosystem

Your Profile

  • A degree or professional training in Business, Industrial Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales in robotic, industrial equipment, or machinery sectors
  • Proven experience in building and scaling distributor or system integrator networks in France
  • Strong understanding of robotics, industrial equipment, automation systems, or production technologies
  • Solid commercial and contractual negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple partners across different EU markets
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on sales execution
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Europe
  • Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
