Role: Change Request

Required:-

• Interface will the application teams to create Change Request

• Able to advice the application team on the schedule, change freeze, approvals and documents

• Will need to follow-up on the missing attachments and approvals

• Will need to track violations of the change process and report to management

• Have knowledge of IBM ISM Maximo is a plus but not necessary as training will be provided

• Needs good operating knowledge of Microsoft Office especially excel, and words.

• Should be ready to extend working hours to meet cutoff timeline.

• Punctuality is a must and working hours are from 9am to 6pm
