This role is responsible for sourcing, vetting, and coordinating talent in alignment with client briefs, while ensuring a seamless and organized process from intake to final selection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate client briefs into clear casting criteria and talent requirements
  • Source, evaluate, and shortlist influencers across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Stay informed on emerging creators, cultural trends, and platform updates to ensure relevant and forward-thinking talent recommendations
  • Manage the casting process end-to-end, including outreach, availability checks, and initial communications with talent or their representatives
  • Develop casting decks and talent recommendations with clear, strategic rationale
  • Track timelines and ensure casting milestones and deliverables are met
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date talent databases and trackers, including submissions, rates, and campaign participation
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, creators, and external partners to ensure alignment, clear communication, and timely execution
  • Coordinate content submissions, posting schedules, and revisions with creators and clients, ensuring deliverables meet brand expectations
  • Integrate feedback from stakeholders and clients into casting updates and recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and collaborators to support long-term partnerships and repeat business
  • Ensure campaigns are executed in a polished, on-brand, and results-driven manner
  • Support broader team operations, streamline workflows, and align influencer campaigns with larger brand initiatives

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, casting, talent coordination, brand partnerships, or a related field within a digital, media, or agency environment
  • Strong understanding of the influencer landscape across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), including creator tiers, content formats, audience behaviors, and emerging trends
  • Proven ability to source and evaluate talent with a strategic lens, ensuring alignment to brand objectives, target audiences, and campaign goals
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously without compromising attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience coordinating across internal teams, external partners, and talent in a clear and professional manner
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with creators, agents, and brand partners
  • Experience developing client-facing materials such as casting decks, talent shortlists, and campaign summaries, with a strong eye for detail and storytelling
  • Comfortable working with data and metrics, including tracking talent performance, campaign results, and using insights to inform recommendations
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail when handling talent information, rates, and client deliverables
  • Passion for digital culture, social media, and creator communities, with a proactive approach to staying ahead of trends and industry shifts
