Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Responsible for the settlement and collection of automotive after-sales service payments
2. Ensure the accuracy, completeness of the bank/cash statement on a daily & monthly basis
3. Review and proceed reimbursement according to company regulations
4. Arrange reimbursement and payment for employees and suppliers through e-banking
5. Issue VAT invoices based on sales orders, and complete the express delivery of invoices
6. Complete other tasks assigned by department head or leader e.g. data analysis, process optimization etc.

 

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

1. College diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proficient with MS Office.
3. Communication skill in both Chinese and English.
4. Team player who is strong in analytical thinking, conflict management and influencing & impact.
