The Opportunities

We are looking for a Business Professional Specialist to join our C&P Enterprise Sales Team! As a self-starter with a goal-driven mindset, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, leading the full cycle from customer needs discovery through to solution proposal and demonstration. With a deep understanding of the Business Professional solutions — including Acrobat Studio, Acrobat Pro, Acrobat AI Assistant, and Acrobat Sign — you will design and deliver compelling, outcome-driven proposals that align with customers' workflows and maximize product value post-deployment.

In this role, you will own up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, helping customers unlock the full potential of Acrobat while consistently delivering against revenue targets. With a strong sales mindset and a passion for exceeding customer expectations, you will be a key driver of sustainable revenue growth within the sales team, building lasting customer partnerships along the way.

What You'll Do

  • Lead early-stage customer engagement, including needs discovery and use case development, to build and grow a high-quality pipeline
  • Build long-term customer relationships and proactively uncover new use cases to drive sustained pipeline growth
  • Expand market presence and generate pipeline through event and seminar presentations, as well as thought leadership contributions such as tech blog articles
  • Stay current with emerging technologies — including AI and cloud-based solutions — and continuously deepen your understanding of the Acrobat portfolio's broad and growing range of document workflow capabilities
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to drive continuous product and customer experience improvements
  • Create and deliver compelling value presentations and point-of-view documents tailored to customer stakeholders and executives to accelerate deal closure
  • Collaborate closely with AEs, BDRs (Inside Sales), GTM, and Product teams to drive deals to closure and ensure a seamless customer experience through launch
  • Engage deeply in high-impact deals across the Acrobat portfolio — Acrobat Studio, Acrobat Pro, Acrobat AI Assistant, and Acrobat Sign — driving up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, including Teams-to-Enterprise migrations, with a focus on sustainable revenue growth

What You Need to Succeed

Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales within the IT industry, or a sales role with a strong technical background
  • Demonstrated ability to engage deeply in complex, high-value deals and contribute to sustained revenue growth through up-sell and cross-sell activities
  • Proven ability to lead early-stage customer engagements, including needs discovery and use case identification, to generate and grow pipeline
  • Proven track record of proposing and delivering AI-driven business process improvements
  • Eager to learn and apply new and emerging technologies; comfort with a broad and evolving product portfolio, including AI-powered capabilities, is highly valued

Competencies

  • Influential: Strong relationship management skills; proven ability to effectively navigate organizations and champion joint partnerships
  • Engaging: Highly effective at leading and facilitating executive meetings and engaging with the C-Suite
  • Communicative: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Resourceful: Able to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively in ambiguous environments
